Timothy Halliday is an Associate Professor in the Department of Economics at the University of Hawaii at Manoa and a Research Fellow at the IZA. He conducts research in health and development economics with a strong emphasis on micro-econometric methodology. He earned his PhD in Economics from Princeton University.
