Stefania Fabrizio

Stefania Fabrizio is Unit Chief of the Gender and Inclusion Unit in the Strategy, Policy and Review Department  of the International Monetary Fund (IMF). Previously, she worked in the Fiscal Affairs Department, European Department and African Department. Prior to joining the IMF, she was a visiting professor at the University of Salamanca, Spain. She holds a Ph.D. in Economics from the European University Institute, Florence, Italy.  Her research covers a range of issues in the area of gender economics, development economics, public finance, and macroeconomcs.
