Sébastien Turban

Sébastien Turban is an economist at the OECD on the Austria/Türkiye desk in the Countries Studies Branch of the Economics Department. He joined the OECD’s Economics Department in June 2019 to work on the economic impact assessment of the international corporate tax reform, and then on issues related to the quality and the sustainability of public finances. He previously worked on topics related to public finances and structural reforms at the French Treasury, France Stratégie, and Rexecode. Sébastien is a French national who completed a Ph.D. in Economics at Columbia University in 2013 where his dissertation focused on issues in political economy, and he holds a Master’s degree in Economics, Econometrics and Statistics from the London School of Economics and ENSAE Paris.
