Özlem Dursun-de Neef is a senior lecturer at Monash University. Prior to joining Monash University, Özlem was a junior professor of Sustainable Banking at Goethe University Frankfurt. Her research focuses on financial intermediation with a focus on bank lending, financial stability, banking regulation, the real effects of financial intermediation, and banks’ role in sustainable financing. Her work has been published in the Review of Finance, the Journal of Banking and Finance, and the Journal of Empirical Finance. She holds a PhD in Finance from Vienna Graduate School of Finance.
