Filippo Pallotti is an economist at Lombard Odier and a PhD candidate in Economics at University College London. He works with quantitative macro models and microdata, including big data from fintech platforms. His PhD dissertation centers on understanding the dynamics of the latest inflation shock, its distributional impacts, and its effects on aggregate demand. He has been a PhD-Trainee at the European Central Bank and at the Bank of England. Prior to joining UCL, he worked as a Predoctoral Fellow at Stanford Institute for Economic Policy Research.
