David Moreno is Senior Economist at the Financial Research Department for the Banco Central de Chile. His research spans the areas of international finance and macroeconomics. Dr. Moreno received a B.A. and a M.A. in Economics from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Maryland at College Park.
