Daniel Ferrés is Assistant Professor of Finance at the Universidad de Montevideo and Research Affiliate at the Public-Private Research Center at IESE Business School. He obtained a PhD in Management at IESE Business School (Universidad de Navarra), a MSc in Competition and Market Regulation at Barcelona GSE, a M.A. in Economics at University of Wisconsin-Madison and a B.A. in Economics at Universidad de Montevideo. His research focuses on corporate finance, corporate governance, law and economics and antitrust issues.
