Beatriz González is Research Economist at Banco de España (DG Economics, Statistics and Research). Her research focuses on the impact of firm heterogeneity and financial frictions on macroeconomic outcomes. She has published in journals such as the Journal of Monetary Economics or the Journal of Banking and Finance. She received her PhD in Economics from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid.
