Atanas Kolev

Atanas Kolev is Principal advisor in the Economics Department of the European Investment Bank and coordinator and reviewer of the EIB annual investment report. He joined the EIB in 2005 to work on the European economy. Since then, he has worked on a wide range of topics related to investment and investment finance, including investment in the energy sector, adaptation to climate change, government investment, infrastructure investment and economic and social cohesion. Atanas holds a PhD degree from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona.
