Olivier Charlot is Professor of Economics at the University of Cergy-Pontoise (Paris) and a research fellow at THEMA.
His research mainly focuses on labour markets, with a particular emphasis on search and matching. He has published in the European Economic Review, International Economic Review, Journal of Economic Dynamics and Control, Labour Economics, Journal of Public Economic Theory and other reviews. Current research focuses on the impact of employment protection on labour market segmentation, and on the study of labour markets in developing countries.
