CEPR's FE programme works closely with The European Corporate Governance Network (ECGN) which is a non-profit research network that brings together scholars and practitioners residing in different countries, who take an active interest in European and comparative corporate governance issues. ECGN was founded in 1996 around a comparative research project on ownership and control arrangement in the European Union. Today it provides an umbrella for a variety of research projects and a platform for interaction and information exchange (through conferences, general membership and ECGNlist).
