James Morgan

James Morgan is a press consultant working with CEPR. He also advises the IMF and the European Liberal Democrats. On graduation from Oxford University he worked in many parts of the world as an economic consultant. He then spent 25 years with the BBC World Service as economics correspondent and for some of that time was a columnist in the Financial Times. Last year Krieger Publishing in the United States published his study of problems of global environmental governance, The Last Generation, sponsored by the World Humanity Action Trust.
