Discussion Papers are
available at a cost of £5.00 each. Each Discussion Paper has a DP number e.g.
DP1943 and each Publication has a P number e.g. P121.
If these numbers are available to you please state them clearly.
The postage and packing
rates are as follows:
United Kingdom - £1.50 (or $2 or 2 Euros) for the
first book, 50p (or $1 or 1 Euro) per book thereafter OR 50p (or $1 or 1 Euro)
for each Discussion Paper.
Europe - £2.50 (or $3.50 or 3.50 Euros) for
the first book, 50p (or $1 or 1 Euro) per book
Rest of the World - £4.00 (or $6 or 6 Euros) for the
first book, £1.00 (or $1.50 or 1.50 Euro)
