Spatial and Equity Aspects of Public Service Provision.
- Design of wholesale competitive electricity market. To infer from past experiences

regulators and policy makers with practical aspects of regulation
and assessing economic impacts of various regulatory pronouncements

among Indian scholars and regulators about lessons and experiences
of regulation and competition in sectors hitherto dominated
by publicly owned enterprises.
