available for viewing, printing and downloading in Portable Document
Format (PDF) files from www.cepr.org.
A user who is authorized to
download these publications has the right to view, print, and save the
publications, where ‘save’ is defined as: 1) retaining hard copies
of the publications which are accessible only to the user and which have
been generated from the PDF files of the publications; or 2) retaining
electronic copies of the publications in PDF file format on a computer
disk which is accessible only to the user.
Authorized users are not, however, entitled to save these publications, in whole or in part, in their PDF or in any other electronic format, on any internet or intranet site which can be accessed by non-authorized users (as per our list below). Such sites include, but are not limited to, any World Wide Web (‘www’) or File Transfer Protocol (FTP) location.
For academic institutions, ‘authorized users’
include:
- Faculty members
(including temporary or exchange faculty members for the duration of
their assignment);
- Graduate and
undergraduate students;
- Staff members;
- Contractors
(provided they have been informed of, and agree to abide by, these Terms
and Conditions).
For companies and governmental institutions
"authorized users" include:
- Staff routinely employed
by the subscriber;
- Contractors (provided
they have been informed of, and agree to abide by, these Terms and
