A.  If you have purchased electronic (PDF) Discussion Paper(s) online and are experiencing difficulties downloading, please contact us at orders@cepr.org for assistance.

C.  If you are a subscriber you need to have set up either a Login ID & Password or a Site License account? further information on how to set up your access can be found here.

If you have set up a site license but are still being asked to purchase papers, please visit our test site at http://www.cepr.org/pubs/new-dps/testaccess.asp and use the option on this page to email us.

If you have set up a Login ID & Password account, but cannot logon, help can be found here.

Please note that some of our older Discussion Papers are not available to download. If you require a paper but are not given the option to download or purchase it in electronic format, please contact as at orders@cepr.org.
